70% PC. alexa's backlog review #14 - Half-Life 2: Episode 1 - 7/10. As a continuation of the story of Half-Life 2, it's a good game and well worth a play, but it ends up just re-using almost all of its ideas from the original and most of its level design mimics the less enjoyable parts.
Lost Coast is a small tech demo that isn’t generally considered canon, as the start and end aren’t connected to any of the Half-Life games: so you can play it at any time. Personally, I like to play it before Episode 1, as the features showcased in Lost Coast are later used in the episodes. Ok, thanks for the advice. This is what I do as well. For Half-Life 2 and many other of their titles, Valve manually enabled Remote Play Together. For their single player titles, it's more like taking turns playing with your friend by handing over the controller (or keyboard and mouse). For Half-Life 2, you'll want to enable the keyboard and mouse for whoever you invite through the Steam overlay Q6LK6o.
